Role Overview: Team Manager

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager to join its operations in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh. This full-time role involves managing a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on the manufacture and packaging of seafood products. The Team Manager is responsible for maintaining internal and regulatory standards while continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a multi-functional team involved in the manufacturing and packaging of seafood products.
Ensure adherence to internal company standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiencies.
Maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards, particularly within the food and beverage industry.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in production environments.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in one of the following cities in Saudi Arabia: Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh. The role operates within a dynamic industry environment, contributing to Almarai's growth plans.
