About the Opportunity

National Initiative Human Resource Company is seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join a prominent PIF manufacturing organization. This full-time position is based in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and offers the opportunity to lead critical product development and industrialization activities.

Role Overview

The Product Development Manager will be responsible for transforming engineering concepts into high-quality, manufacturable products. This role involves driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and optimizing operational performance. The successful candidate will lead a small team of engineers and collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, validation, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Product Development team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day leadership.
• Translate product requirements into robust, manufacturable engineering solutions.
• Manage product development activities from concept through prototype, validation, industrialization, and production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Materials, Quality, and Testing teams.
• Define product performance targets and support continuous product improvement initiatives.
• Lead prototype builds, product validation, benchmarking, and technical evaluations.
• Ensure successful product industrialization while meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Monitor technical risks, resolve engineering challenges, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design-to-Cost (DTC) initiatives.
• Contribute to engineering standards, product guidelines, and continuous improvement programs.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in product development, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a strong technical background are essential for success in this position.
