About the Makkah Elite Training Program

Kidana is offering the Makkah Elite Training Program, a comprehensive one-year, full-time on-the-job training initiative located in Makkah. This program is designed for distinguished recent graduates from universities and colleges, aligning their academic specializations with the required professional fields within the organization.

Program Purpose

The primary purpose of this program is to qualify participants for professional roles, develop their technical competencies, and enhance their knowledge through practical experience. It aims to cultivate a pool of skilled young talent within Makkah, ensuring they are well-prepared for future contributions.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates interested in the Makkah Elite Training Program must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Must be a recent graduate, having graduated between 2024 and 2026.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Achieve a cumulative GPA of no less than 4 out of 5, or 3 out of 4, or an equivalent.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
• Must commit fully to the program for its entire duration.

Work Environment

This is a full-time training program based in Makkah, designed to integrate participants into a professional work environment where they can apply their academic knowledge and develop practical skills under expert guidance.
