About Waad Education and the Role

Waad Education is seeking a dedicated and organized Activities Coordinator to join our team in the Makkah Province, specifically serving our campuses in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is crucial for enriching the student experience through diverse extracurricular programs and events.

Role Overview

The Activities Coordinator plays a central role in designing, implementing, and overseeing extracurricular activities and school events. The primary goal is to foster a comprehensive and well-rounded educational environment that complements academic learning and supports the holistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise a wide array of extracurricular activities and school events.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and other personnel to ensure activities align with the school's educational objectives.
• Manage the logistics, allocated budgets, and resources for each activity, prioritizing a safe and secure environment for all participants.
• Facilitate effective communication among students, parents, and staff regarding upcoming events and activity schedules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of implemented activities and collect feedback to inform and enhance future programming.
