The Role of Barista

Dirtycup is seeking a Barista to join its team in Taif, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every order. This role is central to maintaining the community-focused values of Dirtycup Co. through direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operate coffee equipment to prepare beverages.
Handle food preparation for simple menu items.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Adhere to all health and safety standards.
Welcome guests and take orders accurately.
Process payments efficiently.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, reflecting Dirtycup's community values.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Restock supplies as needed.
Support smooth store operations, especially during busy periods.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience required: 0-1 years in a related role.
Ability to prepare and serve coffee and other beverages with attention to detail.
Understanding of health and safety standards in a food service environment.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site in Taif, Makkah. The Barista will work as part of a team dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests. The position requires active engagement with customers and team members in a dynamic coffee house setting.
