About Creative Cavalier and the Role

Creative Cavalier is a premier interior design company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with over a decade of experience in creating refined, meaningful, and cohesive spaces. We provide full-service interior design solutions for a diverse portfolio including residential projects, boutique hotels, restaurants, retail spaces, and commercial offices. We are seeking a Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive to join our team in the Makkah region.

Role Summary

This full-time position is for a motivated and results-driven individual focused on expanding Creative Cavalier’s client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, introducing our interior design services to potential clients, building strong professional relationships, and converting qualified leads into interior design projects. While the primary base is the Jeddah office, the role requires frequent external meetings, client visits, networking, and business development activities across Jeddah and Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients in the residential, hospitality, retail, restaurant, and commercial sectors.
• Generate qualified leads and secure new interior design and fit-out projects.
• Present Creative Cavalier’s services, portfolio, and capabilities professionally to potential clients.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients, developers, architects, consultants, and business owners.
• Understand clients’ requirements, budgets, project timelines, and design expectations.
• Coordinate with the design and management teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and professional partners.
• Attend relevant exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings when required.
• Support the company in achieving its monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor the local market and identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Demonstrated motivation and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Compensation and Work Location

This full-time position offers a fixed monthly salary complemented by a 1-2% commission on achieved sales. The role is based in Jeddah, with required travel for client meetings and business development activities within the Makkah region, including Makkah city.
