The Role

Arweqah Alreyadah is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Operations and Development Manager for its Ithlath Food Factory. This full-time position, based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is central to leading and developing food factory operations while driving business growth and identifying new strategic opportunities.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives. The Manager will focus strongly on developing the factory, enhancing operational efficiency, and effectively managing and leading the team. This position is also responsible for supporting the company’s sustainable growth and expansion by ensuring the effective allocation of resources to achieve annual operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the food factory operations, ensuring high standards of efficiency and productivity.
Drive product innovation and development initiatives.
Attract investments and build strong strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Manage and lead the factory team effectively.
Ensure the effective allocation of resources to achieve annual operational and strategic goals.
Contribute to the company’s sustainable growth and expansion.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in business operations and development. A proven track record in leading operations, driving growth, and managing teams, preferably within the food manufacturing or related industry, is essential.
