The Role of Call Center Supervisor

The Call Center Supervisor will lead and manage the daily operations of our call center, ensuring efficient appointment booking, effective patient inquiry resolution, and consistent delivery of high-quality customer service. This full-time position requires a professional who can drive team performance and maintain seamless coordination with various clinic departments to enhance the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the call center team.
• Monitor calls to ensure high-quality customer service standards are met.
• Manage appointment booking processes and handle patient inquiries effectively.
• Track team performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and conversion rates.
• Train and coach call center agents to improve their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with other clinic departments to ensure a smooth and integrated patient experience.
• Prepare performance reports and identify areas for operational improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of previous experience in a call center supervisory role is required.
• Experience within cosmetic clinics, healthcare, or medical centers is preferred.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of call center KPIs and sales conversion metrics.
• Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, serving the broader Makkah and Jeddah regions.
