Purpose of the Role

The Production Officer will lead a self-directed, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient processing and packing of seafood products, including shrimp, salmon, and multi-species fish. This role ensures adherence to company specifications, production targets, and food safety standards, with a focus on product quality, yield, and overall operational efficiency within established management parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate team members to achieve daily seafood production targets, ensuring alignment with product specifications and quality standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to employees, ensuring tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety requirements.
• Oversee all seafood processing activities, including cutting, trimming, glazing, grading, and packing, to meet yield and quality targets.
• Review production plans in collaboration with the Planning Department to ensure product availability according to schedules.
• Maximize service to internal customers by ensuring products are delivered at the right time and meet specified requirements.
• Ensure all seafood products consistently meet company quality and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a multi-functional team.
• Understanding of production processes, quality control, and food safety standards.
• Capability to provide on-the-job training and coaching.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in one of the following cities: Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh.
