The Role of Receptionist

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage essential communication functions. This full-time position is integral to ensuring efficient information flow and departmental coordination within our operations in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh. The role requires a professional approach to handling calls and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls promptly and professionally.
• Communicate calls and messages accurately to the respective departments.
• Maintain a comprehensive log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
• Inform the Shift Manager of any issues or pertinent matters related to the department.

• 0-1 years of relevant work experience.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Candidates will be considered for roles in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh. The role operates within a dynamic multinational team environment.
