Role Overview

Hilton is seeking a Cluster Reservations Agent to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role is central to managing guest bookings and supporting the hotel's sales efforts. The agent will be responsible for ensuring accurate and professional handling of all reservation inquiries, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from guests and team members.
Convert guest inquiries into confirmed individual bookings.
Record and process all reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maximize room sales through proactive selling techniques, promoting hotel services and upgrades.
Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads for future business opportunities.
