The Role of Commercial Director

Jumeirah Jabal Omar is seeking a Commercial Director to join the Sales & Marketing Department. This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading commercial activities to achieve business objectives and enhance market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and monitor annual commercial plan goals and sales targets.
• Provide leadership in entrepreneurial commercial activities.
• Continuously review departmental procedures and processes to maximize profit, productivity, and efficiency.
• Continuously review product and branding to ensure creative selling and an innovative edge over competitors.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure all customer needs and requests are met.
• Identify and build productive relationships with business partners.
• Lead the creation of flexible solutions to attract new and potential customers.
• Represent the hotel at Road Shows, Trade Shows, and management events.
• Maintain current knowledge of Jumeirah products and services for cross-selling and company-wide assistance.
• Ensure clear Standard Operating Procedures are developed, communicated, updated, and implemented to ensure compliance with ISO and Quality standards.
