About the Role

Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with a market-leading hygiene and cleaning solutions company in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Commercial Director. This is a senior leadership position for an executive with over 10 years of experience in building commercial teams and establishing structure within sales organizations in a competitive B2B market. The role is full-time and based in Makkah, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the commercial agenda across Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Business Development.
Drive revenue growth and expand market share across the Kingdom.
Develop and implement commercial strategy, including pricing and key account management.
Manage a multi-disciplinary team across several KSA locations.
Lead the rollout of a data-driven CRM culture.

Qualifications and Experience

15+ years of commercial leadership experience, preferably in hygiene, cleaning solutions, chemicals, or B2B industrial distribution.
Demonstrated track record of revenue growth or commercial turnaround in a product and solutions-led B2B business.
Experience leading Sales, Marketing, and Business Development functions under a unified mandate.
Hands-on CRM leadership, including experience in implementing or transforming CRM systems.
Sector knowledge in one or more of the following: food & beverage, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or poultry processing.

Ability to modernize sales models and build a performance-driven culture.
Proficiency in making decisions based on pipeline visibility and customer insights.
Comfortable presenting at board level and managing complex client relationships.
Desire for autonomy to build and execute a commercial vision.
