Overview of the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an E-commerce Executive – Modern Trade to support an FMCG client's online business. This full-time position is based in Makkah and Jeddah, focusing on the growth and daily management of online operations across leading e-commerce and modern trade platforms. The role requires strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and experience in online retail.

Role Purpose and Context

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce activities, ensuring smooth operations and identifying growth opportunities. This involves maintaining product information, monitoring performance indicators, and coordinating with various internal teams to support online sales and profitability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce activities across key online retail and modern trade platforms.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, content, and product availability.
• Monitor sales, revenue, stock levels, and key e-commerce performance indicators.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Support online promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, assortment, and online presence.
• Follow up on orders, stock availability, service levels, and operational issues.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
• Support commercial activities and initiatives aimed at increasing online sales and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, modern trade, online retail, or FMCG.
• Experience working with major e-commerce/retail platforms is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good understanding of online sales, promotions, pricing, and digital retail operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Commercially driven, organized, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
