About the Role

Siemens is seeking an Electrical Protection Engineer to join the Smart Infrastructure Managed Service division through the Tamayouz Graduate Development Program. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience. The role focuses on supporting electrical system operations and maintenance within a dynamic infrastructure environment.

The Smart Infrastructure Division

The Smart Infrastructure team at Siemens is dedicated to creating resilient and sustainable infrastructure by integrating digital power distribution and building infrastructure technologies. This division connects physical and digital worlds, utilizing data and analytics to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of energy systems and processes in buildings and industries. The goal is to transform everyday operations for a more innovative future.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Assist in electrical system maintenance and troubleshooting under the supervision of a senior electrical engineer.
• Support electrical engineers in routine inspections and testing of electrical systems.
• Learn and apply Siemens' 5 safety rules for all electrical equipment.
• Prepare daily and weekly technical reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Adherence to all safety regulations and protocols related to working with electrical systems and equipment.
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
• Ability to assist in electrical installation and wiring under supervision.
• Proficient use of measuring instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, Omicron devices, and secondary injection testers.
• Adaptability to real-world working conditions.
