Rotana Hotels is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager Saudi Talent to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the hospitality sector.

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant Manager assists the General Manager in overseeing the complete hotel operation. This position involves supporting the development and implementation of the hotel's marketing plan, budget, and goals program to ensure ongoing optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and external individuals, including current and potential clients, owning company representatives, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers, competitors, and other members of the local community.
• Coordinate functions and activities with the General Manager, Regional, Area, and Corporate colleagues as appropriate.
• Participate in conducting weekly inspections and ensure physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by full implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Plan and manage the FF&E as directed by the General Manager.
• Ensure emergency procedures are practiced and enforced to provide security and safety for guests and colleagues.
• Monitor applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, and ensure compliance.
• Establish and maintain effective internal communication and meeting structures to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity.
• Assume full responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager when appropriate, and keep the General Manager informed of any unforeseen events.

Required Qualifications

• Ideally hold a degree in hospitality management or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Preferable previous experience in the same role or a fundamental hotel operation background within similar market segments.
• Computer literate with effective verbal and written communication skills.
