The Role of Growth Manager

Taskyinn is seeking a Growth Manager to establish and implement a scalable and measurable growth engine. This full-time role, based in Jeddah or Makkah, involves overseeing the entire growth funnel from marketing and lead generation to sales, partnerships, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The Growth Manager will work closely with management and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Technology teams. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Taskyinn’s growth strategy.
• Drive hotel acquisition and recurring revenue growth.
• Build and optimize lead generation and sales funnels.
• Identify new customer segments and market opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships and distribution channels.
• Design, test, and optimize growth campaigns.
• Analyze conversion rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), retention, churn, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to identify product-led growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and hospitality technology trends.
• Establish clear growth Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report performance to management.

Performance Metrics

• Number of new hotels acquired.
• Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth.
• Volume of qualified leads generated.
• Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Customer retention and churn rates.
• Average Revenue Per Customer.
• Development of strategic partnerships and new distribution channels.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Experience in SaaS, hospitality technology, travel technology, or B2B technology is preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and digital acquisition strategies.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and partnership-building.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-growing technology company environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on, ambitious, and execution-focused approach.
