DUBAI HOLDING is seeking a Hotel Manager (Saudi National) for the Executive Office at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah. This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality sector. The role offers an attractive salary in SAR.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in implementing the property’s commercial and revenue management strategy, evaluating guest needs, market changes, and competitive landscape to recommend operational adjustments for occupancy and profitability.
Lead core operational activities including room management, food and beverage, housekeeping, engineering, and front office. This involves conducting inspections, facilitating team meetings, and managing guest feedback while ensuring operational excellence and policy compliance.
Lead the hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring seamless functioning across all departments.
Drive and implement audit and compliance strategies in line with SBU-specific standard operating procedures and Jumeirah standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Monitor and reinforce guest service standards, oversee feedback channels, and verify guest satisfaction levels to foster continuous improvement and a world-class guest experience.
Manage performance issues within operational departments, providing training, development, coaching, counseling, and conducting performance evaluations for team members and managers.
Direct the preparation and consolidation of the operations budget, monitoring financial performance against the budget to identify costs, areas for improvement, and capitalize on opportunities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

This position is designated for Saudi Nationals only.
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in hotel management or a senior operational role within the luxury hospitality sector.
Demonstrated capability in strategic operational management, financial oversight, and guest service excellence.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage complex hotel operations, and ensure compliance with established standards.
