Guided by its pep+ vision, PepsiCo is committed to sustainability and human capital. We are seeking a dedicated Preseller to join our full-time sales team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

As an integral part of the KSA sales team, the Preseller's primary role is to maximize sales volume, minimize product stales, and achieve distribution targets. This position is responsible for implementing agreed merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and maintaining high levels of customer service. The Preseller will adhere to established operating procedures to ensure consistent standards across the KSA and will provide the supervisor with current market information to identify and develop sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, with performance measured against established targets for sales volume and stale levels.
• Provide customer service in accordance with supervisor-approved standards, maintaining required call frequencies and adhering to the daily route plan to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks as outlined in operating procedures, ensuring the sales vehicle is clean and roadworthy, and promptly reporting any defects or damage.
• Supply ready-to-ship customer orders on time, including all necessary details and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain individual customer stock levels to agreed requirements to minimize out-of-stock issues.
• Implement agreed in-store merchandising strategies communicated by the supervisor, coordinating with company merchandisers for additional support in outlets.
• Advise the supervisor of any relevant competitor activity occurring within the assigned service area.
• Perform daily reconciliation of all cheques, cash, and credit sales.
• Maintain a neat and presentable appearance at all times.
• Uphold high driving standards and comply with all driving regulations.

Performance Measurement

Performance in this role will be measured against specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Consistent failure to deliver the required results may lead to disciplinary action. The Preseller will also attend training courses designed to enhance professionalism and customer service, and complete a daily debriefing with their supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales and Account building.
