About the Role

GT Medical is seeking a Product Manager to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on managing VMS and pharmaceutical portfolios, driving product strategy, market execution, and brand growth. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and commercial execution of assigned VMS and pharmaceutical portfolios. This includes identifying new market opportunities, developing comprehensive marketing plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role demands a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies for assigned VMS and pharmaceutical portfolios.
Identify and structure high-priority business cases to expand the VMS portfolio into new markets.
Develop and execute 360-degree marketing plans aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Design and manage brand promotional activities within approved budgets and through a structured promotional calendar.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, competitor activities, market trends, and opportunities.
Utilize market data and industry sources, such as IQVIA, to support business and marketing decisions.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable SFDA regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and VMS products.
Analyze sales performance by channel, account, region, and product, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Conduct regular market visits to assess brand visibility, customer engagement, promotional execution, and POS material implementation.
Monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities, recommending appropriate actions.
Develop and validate sales targets and forecasts by channel, region, and month in collaboration with the sales team.
Work closely with the sales force to ensure effective product execution and achievement of commercial objectives.
Support and motivate the sales team by providing product knowledge, marketing tools, promotional materials, and clear commercial direction.
Manage the A&P budget effectively and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
Establish clear KPIs for marketing initiatives and continuously monitor performance, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with sales, regulatory, medical, supply chain, and other relevant functions.
Prepare regular business and marketing reports with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of experience as a results-driven pharmaceutical marketing professional with strong commercial acumen.
Proven ability to launch products and drive sustainable market growth.
Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
Data-driven approach to decision-making and business planning.
Strong ability to translate strategy into effective market execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver measurable results.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take decisive action.
