The Project Manager Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project delivery and ensure successful outcomes. This full-time position is based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading projects from inception to completion, managing all phases to meet defined objectives and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and oversee execution to ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Review and approve project deliverables to ensure alignment with project requirements and expected outcomes.
• Support the development and review of training materials and learning content, ensuring consistency with approved standards and methodologies.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of all project activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in project management.
• Professional certification in Project Management (*, PMP or equivalent) is preferred.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position within Emdad By Elm. The role requires presence in either Jeddah or Makkah, located in the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
