Property Management Specialist

About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Property Management Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on managing and coordinating the internal handover process of projects from construction to property management, ensuring all deliverables meet company standards and timelines.

Role Overview

The Property Management Specialist acts as a key liaison between engineering, construction, and property management teams. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all units, systems, and documentation are delivered in accordance with established quality requirements and schedules, facilitating a smooth transition of assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the internal handover process between construction and property management teams.
• Inspect all units to ensure they meet quality standards prior to handover.
• Review and verify all handover documentation, including drawings, manuals, and warranties.
• Identify and report defects, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of handover status and progress.
• Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support the preparation of snag lists and ensure their closure before final handover.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of assets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in property management, construction handover, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate complex processes.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and project documentation.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to projects in Jeddah and Makkah.
