About the Role

Self Experts (خبراء النفس) is seeking a full-time, on-site Psychiatrist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on providing comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with diverse mental health conditions. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for conducting clinical interviews, performing mental status examinations, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical interviews and perform mental status examinations.
Develop individualized treatment plans, which may include psychotherapy and medication management.
Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions based on clinical outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with psychologists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary care coordination.
Participate in case discussions and contribute to internal clinical guidelines.
Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
Uphold ethical and regulatory standards of psychiatric practice.

Qualifications and Experience

A medical degree and completion of a psychiatric residency program.
Valid license to practice psychiatry in Saudi Arabia.
Between 5 to 10 years of experience in psychiatric practice.
Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of mental health conditions.

Required Skills

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Proficiency in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and family education.
