About the Role: Reservations Agent

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Agent to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for managing guest booking inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. The role focuses on delivering hospitality by accurately processing reservations and supporting overall sales efforts. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.
Secure individual bookings by converting guest inquiries into confirmed reservations.
Maintain attention to detail by recording and processing all reservations with accuracy.
Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades.
Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and helping identify potential leads for future business opportunities.
