Remain Medical Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time position for a professional and results-driven individual with prior experience in the dermatology, cosmetic, or aesthetic clinic sector.

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, supporting the sales team in achieving targets, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves direct client interaction, lead follow-up, and coordination with various internal teams to promote dermatology and aesthetic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and follow up on leads and client inquiries.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Promote dermatology and aesthetic services professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
• Coordinate with clinic, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently based in Jeddah.
• Previous experience in dermatology, cosmetic, or aesthetic clinics is required.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
