About Saudia Cargo

Saudia Cargo is seeking an Officer – Operation Excellence to join their team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah or Makkah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on implementing process improvements, reducing costs, and ensuring quality assurance within operations.

Role Overview

The Officer – Operation Excellence is responsible for driving operational efficiency and maintaining high standards across cargo handling processes. This involves achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring all operational activities comply with established policies and procedures. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service quality.
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Ensure continuous compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards in cargo handling operations.
Collaborate with various internal departments to foster operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for optimization, and support decision-making.
Support change management initiatives related to the introduction of new processes and technologies.
Assist in conducting regional visits to monitor compliance with safety protocols and oversee ground handling activities.
Work with Regional Commercial Directors on operational matters and contribute to new product development efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar or related operational excellence role.

Work Environment

This role is a full-time position within Saudia Cargo, located in the cities of Jeddah or Makkah. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic operational environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of cargo services.
