Role Overview

Marsh Risk is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join its Sales Division in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on identifying and acquiring new clients within established partnership schemes, contributing to the company's position as a leading insurance broker and risk adviser.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within Saudi Arabia through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals via partnerships.
Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand professional networks.
Conduct thorough research and plan customer acquisition strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to increase penetration across multiple solutions.
Create, negotiate, and close sales proposals covering the full suite of products.
Assist in preparing due diligence reports and presentations in response to client requests.
Deliver presentations and provide guidance to senior-level stakeholders.
Consistently strive to exceed sales performance targets.
Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM system.
Stay informed on the latest trends in Medical and Non-Medical Insurance Products.
