The Opportunity: Senior Sales Executive

FullScope is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing new client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving sales targets. This role is suited for a sales professional with strong B2B experience in the branding, signage, printing, advertising, exhibitions, or event production industries. The ideal candidate understands that clients invest in comprehensive branding and communication solutions, and demonstrates confidence, proactivity, commercial drive, and the ability to build long-term partnerships while representing FullScope with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, retail, hospitality, industrial, aviation, and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
• Prepare professional quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored branding, signage, and advertising solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Production, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to support business growth.
• Represent FullScope professionally at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
• Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the branding, signage, printing, advertising, exhibitions, or event production industries.

• Valid Saudi driving license.
• An existing network of corporate clients in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Team Collaboration and External Representation

The Senior Sales Executive will work closely with internal departments, including Creative, Production, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance, to ensure seamless project execution. This role also requires professional representation of FullScope at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions, upholding the company's values and integrity.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. Salary information will be disclosed during the interview process.
