Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Service One Agent – Front Office. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on delivering exceptional guest service within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Service One Agent – Front Office will be responsible for:

Answering all internal and external calls efficiently, adhering to the hotel’s standard greeting and communication guidelines.
Assisting guests with inquiries related to hotel services, facilities, reservations, and general information.
Handling wake-up calls, emergency calls, and service requests accurately and promptly.
Coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering, Concierge, F&B, and other departments to ensure timely completion of guest requests.
Communicating clearly and effectively to support smooth internal operations.
Supporting in handling guest complaints by providing accurate information and escalating issues when necessary.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for the Service One Agent – Front Office role should meet the following requirements:

Must be a Saudi National.
Possess 0-1 years of relevant experience, ideally within a hospitality or customer service environment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling requests and inquiries.
