About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Spa Service Expert to join our team in Makkah, with operations also extending to Jeddah. This full-time role is integral to supporting various spa functions, focusing on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests through our core spa service offerings. The position requires individuals who can take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Spa Service Expert is responsible for a range of duties that contribute to the smooth operation and high standards of the spa. These responsibilities include:

• Promoting spa services and retail products to guests.
• Scheduling and confirming reservations and appointments accurately.
• Providing comprehensive information and answers regarding available services.
• Checking in guests efficiently and professionally.
• Processing payments smoothly, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a safe workplace environment.
• Diligently following all company policies and established procedures.
• Upholding consistent quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Spa Service Expert position should meet the following requirements:

• Education: A high school diploma or *** equivalent is required.
• Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience is required; candidates with up to one year of experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: No specific license or certification is required.

Physical Demands

This role involves various physical activities essential to service delivery. Associates will be on their feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking. The position requires navigating over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces. Managing reservation software necessitates the ability to read and visually verify information. A hands-on approach is crucial, involving the capacity to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, and up to 25 pounds with assistance. This also includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as part of daily tasks.

Work Environment and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities that may involve working across our locations, including Jeddah.
