About the Opportunity

National Initiative Human Resource Company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team of a leading manufacturing client in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on strategic recruitment within an industrial environment.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the client's manufacturing operations. This position requires a professional with a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies and the ability to attract specialized talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Recruit diverse talent across technical, engineering, operational, and corporate functions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Prior experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for various specialized roles.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi labor market and local recruitment practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS/HRIS systems and various recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working directly with a leading manufacturing company client.
