About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is recruiting a Trade Marketing Coordinator for a leading Medical Device company based in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a 1-year contract position. Due to Saudization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.

Role Overview

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating trade marketing activities across various retail and customer channels. This role involves supporting in-store campaigns, managing marketing materials, and ensuring brand visibility initiatives are executed effectively. The coordinator will also manage related financial processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade marketing activities across retail and customer channels.
• Support in-store campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate Point of Sale (POS) materials, including allocations and logistics.
• Manage marketing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.
• Coordinate with retailers, vendors, and internal teams on campaign execution.
• Support e-commerce campaigns and the development of marketing materials.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution and competitor activity.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on trade marketing activities.
• Support the planning and execution of new initiatives and projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing or a similar role.
• Open to Saudi nationals only, in compliance with Saudization requirements.

Work Environment

This position is based in the Jeddah office and operates on a contract basis for a duration of one year. The role involves coordination with various internal teams and external partners, including retailers and vendors.
