About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Training Coordinator to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role involves coordinating and delivering training programs to support the hotel's operational and service standards. The Training Coordinator contributes to fostering a positive and productive training environment within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the in-house training plan by coordinating and delivering high-quality training programs aligned with hotel priorities.
Identify and support training needs in collaboration with line managers, department heads, HR, and the Training Manager to assess development needs, implement learning initiatives, and review progress monthly.
Administer required training courses, including legal, compliance, and vocational qualification programs, to ensure employees meet standards and support professional development.
Engage and connect trainers across the hotel by leading monthly meetings with departmental trainers to share progress, review needs, and ensure consistent training delivery.
Inspire and develop the team by supporting team members, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive training environment.
