About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the daily operations of dining outlets in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Makkah, with operations also extending to Jeddah, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager contributes to creating memorable guest experiences and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory management, reservations, marketing, and reporting.
Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
Ensure food presentation meets established standards and monitor cost and portion controls.
Assist in supervising and developing team members through training, scheduling, feedback, and recognition.
Support the hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience
