Assistant Quality Control

About the Role

Al Ghurair is seeking an Assistant - Quality Control to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving quality control systems across operations, with a specific focus on driver quality, hygiene, and vehicle cleanliness. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Quality Control Assistant ensures compliance with RTA and company quality requirements. This involves maintaining high standards for both drivers and vehicles, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any non-compliance issues to uphold service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure driver and vehicle standards meet RTA and company requirements.
• Inspect vehicle cleanliness, driver hygiene, and service quality at base camp and on site.
• Maintain inspection records, track non-compliance, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support internal and external teams on quality control regulations.
• Investigate incidents or violations and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure drivers and customers are treated respectfully throughout processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum high school education is required; college education is preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, focusing on operational quality control within the Al Ghurair framework.
