This full-time role is central to supporting enterprise-wide digital enablement initiatives, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and aligning with the company’s digital transformation goals.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Business Analyst Digital Enablement will be responsible for analyzing and mapping current business processes, capturing detailed business requirements, and ensuring their effective translation into integrated ERP solutions or automated digital platforms. This position plays a critical role in identifying inefficiencies and driving the implementation of solutions that deliver measurable value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and document "as-is" business processes using structured methodologies (*, BPMN) in collaboration with internal stakeholders to visualize workflows and identify pain points.
  • Analyze and optimize inter-relationships between business processes, systems, and data flows.
  • Define "to-be" process models that align with business objectives and can be implemented in enterprise systems or through automation tools, ensuring improvements are feasible and add measurable value.
  • Elicit clear and comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements from business units and subject matter experts via interviews, surveys, and workshops.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams, translating business needs into precise functional specifications for ERP implementation or workflow automation.
  • Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure all business needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle, and validate requirements through regular stakeholder review sessions.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams, facilitating mutual understanding to ensure technical designs meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Enablement Manager, ERP specialists, and software developers to evaluate solution options and confirm alignment with enterprise architecture and data standards.
  • Support the configuration and testing of ERP modules and digital platforms (*, workflow systems, low-code applications) to confirm they deliver intended process improvements and user functionality.
  • Assist in reviewing solution designs, identifying integration points with existing systems, and recommending adjustments to optimize process efficiency.
  • Develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, ensuring that test cases comprehensively cover business scenarios and requirements.
  • Facilitate UAT execution with end-users to validate that ERP implementations and automated workflows meet business needs, and proactively capture feedback or issues for resolution.
  • Participate in the development of training materials and user guides to support a smooth transition for stakeholders, driving user adoption of new systems or processes.
  • Provide post-implementation support to business teams, addressing questions or minor process refinements and ensuring minimal disruption to operations during change adoption.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented ERP modules and automated processes, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes against expected benefits.
  • Identify opportunities for further optimizations or enhancements, incorporating user feedback and new best practices to iteratively improve workflows.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving digital tools and industry best practices in business process management and enterprise systems, advising on how emerging technologies (*, advanced analytics, RPA, AI) might be leveraged to further streamline operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and handover of improved processes, creating a robust reference for governance and future updates.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
  • Preferably within digital transformation projects or enterprise system implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in mapping and improving processes in complex organizational environments.
