Dar AlBalad is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional who can contribute to various business analysis functions within the organization.

Role Purpose

The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into actionable solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and ensure effective implementation of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive business analysis to identify and define project scope and objectives.
• Managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from elicitation to validation.
• Mapping current and future state business processes to identify gaps and areas for optimization.
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
• Developing user stories and use cases to clearly articulate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Performing gap analysis to assess existing systems and processes against desired outcomes.
• Creating clear and concise documentation for all analysis activities, requirements, and solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Business Analysis methodologies and tools.
• Strong capabilities in Requirements Management and Process Mapping.
• Demonstrated ability in Workshop Facilitation and developing User Stories.
• Experience with Gap Analysis and comprehensive Documentation practices.
• Good knowledge of Experience Centre concepts and applications.
