About the Role at DXC Technology

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Airports to join a significant airport technology and systems integration program. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires candidates with 5-10 years of relevant experience in the field.

Role Purpose

The Business Analyst – Airports is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements specific to airport systems. This role bridges business and operational needs with technical solutions, ensuring alignment between stakeholder expectations and system capabilities. The position involves conducting detailed analysis and engaging with stakeholders to produce clear, traceable requirements and process insights that drive the design, build, and test phases across the program.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit requirements through various methods, including workshops, interviews, and comprehensive document analysis.
Analyze and specify business, functional, and non-functional requirements to a clear, testable standard.
Model current and future processes, data flows, and use cases to support system development.
Maintain requirements traceability to ensure consistency and alignment with design and testing activities.
Support change impact assessments and define acceptance criteria for project deliverables.
Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to clarify and resolve any requirements queries.
Engage with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to validate understanding and ensure consensus on requirements.
Assure the quality and consistency of all analysis artefacts produced throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Demonstrated experience within airport technology and systems integration programs is essential. A strong understanding of airport operations and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements are critical for success in this role.
