DueDent Dental Labs is a dental laboratory located in Makkah, operating in cities including Jeddah and Makkah. We are currently seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Technician to join our digital dental laboratory team for a full-time position.

The Role of CAD/CAM Technician

The CAD/CAM Technician will be responsible for digital dental design and CAD/CAM workflows. This role requires a strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restoration design to produce accurate and high-quality dental prosthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design dental restorations using specialized dental CAD software.
• Create precise digital designs for various dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations.
• Review digital scans and prepare cases for subsequent production stages.
• Work with milling and 3D printing workflows to bring designs to fruition.
• Ensure all designs comply with clinical and laboratory specifications.
• Implement necessary adjustments based on feedback from dentists or laboratory requirements.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the entire digital workflow process.
• Collaborate effectively with ceramic and other production technicians.
• Manage assigned cases to ensure production deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a CAD/CAM Technician within a dental laboratory setting.
• Strong proficiency with exocad or comparable dental CAD software.
• Solid knowledge of dental anatomy and morphology.
• Understanding of occlusion and restorative principles.
• Experience with digital dental workflows.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple cases concurrently and adhere to production deadlines.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in implant design and full-arch cases.
• Familiarity with zirconia and other CAD/CAM materials.
• Experience operating milling machines and/or dental 3D printing equipment.
• Previous work experience in a high-volume professional dental laboratory environment.
