About the Role

Tashweesh Agency is seeking a Creative Strategist to join our team in Makkah or Jeddah. This full-time role is central to defining the direction and purpose of our advertising campaigns. The Creative Strategist is responsible for bridging customer understanding with data-driven insights to develop effective creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze audience needs, concerns, and purchasing barriers to inform ad development.
• Define the core message and strategic angle for each advertising campaign.
• Provide creative guidance to designers and editors regarding ideas, hooks, and messaging.
• Conduct testing of various creative ideas and ad formats to identify optimal performance.
• Interpret ad metrics to understand campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Develop new iterations and versions based on successful ad campaigns.
• Monitor emerging trends and formats, applying relevant insights to creative strategies.
• Evaluate competitor advertising to identify market opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the media buying team and the creative team.
• Base creative decisions on data and consumer insights rather than personal preferences.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant creative strategy or advertising role.
• Demonstrated experience working with eCommerce brands.
• Proven expertise in leveraging User-Generated Content (UGC) and testimonials.

Essential Skills

• Strong understanding of copywriting principles and effective messaging.
• An experimental mindset, prioritizing data-driven testing over subjective opinions.
• Analytical ability to interpret ad performance metrics.
• Strategic thinking to connect consumer insights with creative output.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in either Makkah or Jeddah, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic creative agency environment.
