About the Role

Eventsgate is seeking a Development & Performance Supervisor to join their team in Makkah or Jeddah. This part-time role is essential for monitoring employee performance, identifying training needs, and contributing to the overall development of the workforce. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of human resources and performance management principles.

Responsibilities

Monitor employee performance evaluations in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Identify training needs for teams and coordinate professional development courses.
Implement approved policies and operational frameworks in line with Saudi labor law.
Provide constructive feedback to employees to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Prepare periodic reports on departmental and employee performance, proposing solutions for improvement.
Participate in developing work procedures and workflows to minimize waste and optimize time.

Qualifications and Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Human Resources and Performance Management.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position based in the Makkah region, with opportunities in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a team to support the development and performance initiatives of Eventsgate.
