About the Role

Al-Khaleej Computers & Electronic Systems is seeking a qualified Digital Transformation Specialist to join one of its projects in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

The Digital Transformation Specialist will be responsible for driving and managing various digital transformation initiatives. This includes assessing current states, analyzing requirements, planning strategic roadmaps, and overseeing the implementation and testing phases of digital projects. The role requires a strong understanding of strategy development and performance measurement within a digital context.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and analyses for digital transformation initiatives.
• Developing and managing digital transformation plans.
• Overseeing the testing and implementation of digital solutions.
• Managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement for digital projects.
• Contributing to IT strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in digital transformation.
• Proven experience in strategy and strategy development.
• Hands-on experience in digital transformation, covering assessment, analysis, testing, planning, and management.
• Experience in KPI management and performance measurement.
• Experience in digital services management.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in IT strategic planning.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
