About the Role

Rotana Hotels is seeking a Doorman to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional guest service. The Doorman plays a crucial role in ensuring every guest's visit is memorable through professional and customer-focused interactions from arrival to departure.

Role Overview

As a Doorman, you will be a key point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming first and last impression. This role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual who can uphold the high standards of service expected within the Front Office department. You will contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring smooth and courteous service delivery at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests.
• Ensure guests are greeted appropriately upon arrival in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby.
• Control all guest car keys and ensure that cars are delivered within 10 minutes upon guest request.
• Forward all guest complaints or problems promptly to the manager on duty for resolution.
• Ensure that an effective handover is made between duty shifts to maintain service continuity.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain full knowledge of the hotel facilities and current happenings at all times.
• Establish, promote, and maintain good public relations while consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Vocational training within the hospitality sector is ideally required.
• Preferable previous experience in a Concierge Department within a hotel environment.
• This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
