About the Role

L'Oréal is seeking an E-Commerce Manager LDB for a full-time position in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. This role involves owning the commercial strategy, customer P&L, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and end-to-end commercial execution for dedicated digital accounts such as Amazon KSA, Noon, and omnichannel pure-play/quick-commerce extensions of key pharmacy players like Nahdi Online and Al-Dawaa Online.

Role Context and Focus

The E-Commerce Manager LDB will transition from administrative coordination to strategic commercial partnership. This includes fact-based negotiations, algorithmic growth strategies, and OxO (Online x Offline) synergy. The position requires a focus on defining and leading long-term customer account plans aligned with LDB division priorities and customer digital growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the annual and multi-year customer account plan, aligning with LDB division priorities and customer digital growth potential.
  • Lead annual and in-year commercial negotiations, including margins, payment terms, co-investment, rebates, and platform commercial fees, adhering to Group SPEED and RGM guidelines.
  • Develop a category-grounded digital commercial narrative for each account, integrating LDB shopper insights, dermo-cosmetics basket dynamics, and platform algorithms.
  • Coordinate with Zone Division leads and Country Multi-Divisional teams for pan-regional platforms to leverage group-level negotiating power while defending LDB-specific brand equity and commercial conditions.
  • Manage the account P&L, ensuring delivery on Net Sales Value (NSV), Gross Margin, and Sell-In/Sell-Out (SI/SO) targets.
  • Steer promotional intensity, mechanics, and discount corridors in compliance with RGM golden rules to prevent price erosion and cross-channel conflict.
  • Co-steer Retail Media budgets and performance marketing campaigns with the CDMO Retail Media team to optimize ROAS and customer acquisition cost.
  • Build dynamic, rolling sales forecasts and demand plans based on traffic trends, promotional uplift, seasonality, and past sell-out patterns.
  • Monitor inventory levels, out-of-stock rates, order fill rates, and supply lead times, resolving operational bottlenecks with Supply Chain.
  • Prioritize core dermo-cosmetics hero SKUs and launch innovations in line with category growth platforms.
  • Lead the Market Pure Player Squad, coordinating weekly and monthly alignment with cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with the E-Activation Specialist to ensure digital shelf requirements are executed on time and comply with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with physical-store OxO KAMs to ensure consistency in promotional calendars, hero launches, and pricing between brick-and-mortar pharmacies and online platforms.
  • Maintain and audit all formal trade agreements, contract amendments, master data sheets, and vendor terms.
  • Review weekly/monthly Scorecards and initiate corrective action plans when targets deviate.
