About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fragrances Consultant for Parfums De Marly at Westfield Mall. This full-time position is based in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. The consultant will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets through product knowledge and effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster strong customer loyalty.
• Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, usage, and services.
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance to meet or surpass expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their individual needs.
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of various fragrance brands and products.
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets.
• Track sell-out targets at the store level and generate daily sales reports.
• Participate in achieving sales incentives and track post-launch sales.
• Ensure counter cleanliness and maintain high grooming standards.
• Manage stock replenishment, handle new product launches, and promote products.
• Ensure merchandising levels meet brand guidelines and report stock shortages using the appropriate form.
• Ensure stock receipt adheres to established procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the beauty industry is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located within Westfield Mall in Makkah, serving customers in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves direct customer interaction in a retail environment.
