About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Makkah. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to provide a comprehensive range of services throughout a guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities

Process operational needs efficiently.
Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
Complete necessary reports accurately.
Share information about local attractions and highlights with guests.
Integrate transaction processes seamlessly into the overall guest experience.

Physical Requirements

This position requires physical activity throughout the shift. Guest Experience Experts must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. The role also involves taking a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these duties effectively, along with other reasonable job duties as requested, is essential for delivering consistent service to guests and supporting business operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or * equivalent is required.
Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience is required for this position.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
