Role Overview

The Guest Experience Expert at The Luxury Collection, located in Jiddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. This full-time role involves taking the initiative to deliver a wide range of services, guiding guests throughout their entire stay. Individuals in this position are empowered to move within their space and execute tasks necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
