Role Purpose

The Guest Relations Agent plays a central role in enhancing the guest journey from arrival to departure. This involves not only managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently but also embodying the principles of hospitality to create memorable stays for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including detail verification, room assignment, key issuance, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
• Process guest departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
• Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist with guest inquiries.
• Employ up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications.
