About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment for all guests, from arrival through departure, by delivering high standards of hospitality and making each stay memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
• Facilitate efficient guest departures by processing charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
• Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to address guest inquiries effectively.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up-selling techniques to optimize room and service revenue.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with urgency and care, and manage messages and communications efficiently.
