About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment for all guests, from arrival through departure, by delivering high standards of hospitality and making each stay memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
Facilitate efficient guest departures by processing charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to address guest inquiries effectively.
Promote hotel amenities and services through up-selling techniques to optimize room and service revenue.
Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with urgency and care, and manage messages and communications efficiently.
